Highlight on Moni Gonzalez: Women of Tomorrow She Means Business Summit

Mosaic Miami’s Operations and Community Outreach Director, Moni Gonzalez, recently took the stage at the Women of Tomorrow She Means Business Summit at Miami Dade College Kendall Campus, inspiring the next generation of female leaders. Speaking alongside a panel of accomplished professionals, Moni shared insights from her 23-year career in the nonprofit sector and her journey as an entrepreneur with Moni’s Sweets. She highlighted the importance of balancing business, philanthropy, and community leadership—values that drive Mosaic Miami’s mission to foster dialogue and cultural understanding. With 150 high school students in attendance, this impactful event encouraged young women to embrace their ambitions, overcome challenges, and pursue their goals with confidence.
